We had a fantastic first day of camp!

We started off the day with a team building activity, creating posters for our room.

Tara Alexander came by and talked to us about finding our own style, how to be fearless and follow our dreams.

Dr. Krendle, president of Otterbein stopped by and talked to us about the importance of having mentors and role models to help shape our future.

Mariana Campos led an energizing, quick thinking, game where the girls were given a random word and they had 10 minutes to come up with a skit around that word.

We got to Skype with author Rosie Molinary and learn about her inspiration for the book, Beautiful You.

And finally, we starting working on a group art project with the amazing mural artist, Natalia Sanchez.
