Custard Ingredients:
- 1 cup of whole milk – vitamin D
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup of evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbls of vanilla
Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
Custard Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix until well blended
Syrup Instructions:
Heat sugar in heavy bottomed pan over low heat until melted and dark brown
Assembly:
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Place the syrup in bottom of a pan
- Add custard mixture
- Place pan in a bain-marie (hot water bath)
- Bake for 1 hour
