Summer Camp
Summer of Mariposas: Creative Journeys
Summer of Mariposas: Creative Journeys is a vibrant summer program designed for girls ages 9–15.
This two-week experience combines art, creativity, friendship, and life skills, giving girls the chance to explore diverse creative paths while building the social-emotional tools they need for school, relationships, and the workplace.
“Summer of Mariposas: Creative Journeys is more than a camp—it’s a place to explore, create, belong, and grow.”
When does it happen?
The program takes place during two weeks in the summer.
Sessions are offered in both English and Spanish, always adjusting to the most comfortable language of the group.
How many girls can attend?

Where is it held?
Sessions are hosted at the Martin de Porres Center with additional field trips to various locations for hands-on exploration and fun.
The program is safe for your girls. Leaders complete an application process, training, and background checks. Many of our leaders are former Mariposas campers who return to give back and inspire the next generation.
